Our mission
Make good software normal.
Growing businesses deserve the same quality of software as large enterprises. We remove the mystery, the delays, and the handoff gaps that keep good products from shipping.
About Wavra / Since 2018
A small Jakarta studio became a 35-person software house. The promise never changed: clear work, shipped on time, supported after launch.

Wavra began in 2018 with two engineers and one rule: never demo software that does not run.
Our first client was a Jakarta logistics firm that needed every shipment on one screen. We built it in twelve weeks and stayed for four years. That pattern still guides the studio: small teams, direct access to the people using the product, and success measured by what goes live.
Today we work across six industries from one studio on Sudirman. We still keep the team small on purpose. The people in the first workshop are the people who answer after launch.
“We would rather solve one real problem than demo ten clever ideas.” Andi Pratama — Founder
02 / Mission and vision
Our mission
Growing businesses deserve the same quality of software as large enterprises. We remove the mystery, the delays, and the handoff gaps that keep good products from shipping.
Our vision
We want every client to leave a project with software they understand and a team they can call. Our best work is still running years after the launch invoice.
03 / Inside the work
Every sprint ends with a running build. The roadmap, the risks, and the next release stay visible to the whole team.

04 / Our values
Values only matter when they change a decision. These six change ours every week.
The simplest solution that works is the one your team can run without us.
A working release teaches more than a perfect plan ever will.
We answer for the result, not just for the tickets we closed.
We watch real work happen before we draw the first screen.
Design, engineering, and support sit at the same table from day one.
Support is part of the product. Our best work is still running years later.
05 / Our approach
You always know what we are building, why it matters, and what comes next.
Step 01
Workshops with your team to define the problem, the users, and the constraints.
Step 02
A roadmap, scope, and fixed estimate you can take to your board.
Step 03
Prototypes tested with real users before engineering starts.
Step 04
Two-week sprints, demos every Friday, and a working build you can touch.
Step 05
Monitoring, training, and a named team on call after launch.
