01 / The problem
Where it started
The SKD stage of CPNS selection is a computer-based test of 110 questions: 30 on national insight (TWK), 35 on general intelligence (TIU) and 45 on personal character (TKP). Each part has its own minimum score. In the most recent official threshold, set for 2024, those were 65, 80 and 166.
A candidate can score well overall and still fail on one part. Practice has to look like the real CAT, with the real timer, and the result has to say which part is holding the score back.

Tryouts that copy the CAT: 110 questions, 100 minutes, the same three parts.
An explanation for every question, and a score checked against each threshold.

03 / What we built
From the CAT simulation to the plans and articles around it.
01 / CAT simulation
110 questions on a 100-minute timer, split into TWK, TIU and TKP like the BKN CAT. Candidates can flag a question as unsure and jump back to it from the grid.
02 / Results
Each part is scored against its own minimum, then broken down by topic with an explanation for every question. The AI Mentor turns the weakest topic into the next thing to study.
03 / Dashboard
Average score, study time and tryouts taken over the last seven days, with a study streak and daily targets. Recent tryouts show each part's score and whether the package passed.
04 / Formation search
A database of CPNS formations taken from SSCASN, searchable by agency, position, education and location, so candidates can shortlist before registration opens.
05 / Mobile & AI Mentor
Tryouts and the AI Mentor fit a phone screen. Ask why an answer is right, and the mentor walks through the working and points to the material that needs another look.
06 / Plans
A free plan includes a tryout package. The Master plan adds the full SKD packages, the 100-minute timer, explanations, performance analysis and the formation search.
